The cloke ... when thou comest, bring with thee,
and the books ... — 2 Tim 4:13

Do you have a favorite old, Reformed, Sovereign Grace or Puritan book that
you would like to see back in print as a newly re-typeset edition and/or
incorporated into an electronic study tool, but you don't have either the time,
the money or the technology / printing skills to make it happen?
Then consider nominating your book to be a "Campaign" in one of our
publishing "Cooperatives," where Christians around the world can catch your
vision and cooperate to help make your publishing dream come true!
On the other hand, perhaps you are just a reader and supporter of older,
orthodox Christian literature who is interested in joining with like-minded
believers world-wide in making more and more of such literature available.
If so, please consider using this site to help efficiently reach this worthy
goal.

The Color-coding of Campaign Phases
The various phases (steps) of the book publishing Campaigns are color-coded,
so that the users of this site will be able to monitor the progress of each
individual campaign. The colors have the following meaning:
In addition, phases #5 and #16 are funding phases for the publishing steps immediately to their right. The number followed by percent symbol (%) shows what percentage of the funding needed to further process the book has already been received. |

What's Going On?
The purpose of this site is to unify, enable and motivate the various branches
of the Reformed Church of our Lord Jesus Christ in the publishing of "old
paths" Christian literature. We hope many precious books and other works of old
may be resurrected and once again made readily available to the general public
in low-cost and exciting new ways. Each electronic text that is created will
be:1) Slated for inclusion in
a modern electronic Bible study tool, and
2) Made available to a book
publisher for a newly re-typeset, easy-to-read edition in printed form.

The "Cooperatives"
This site is divided up into "cooperatives" based on a rough classification of the
authors of particular works. Men are born and die at "inconvenient" times with
respect to historical time-frames and of course, they do sometimes change
ecclesiastical affiliations during their lives. Therefore, when a given author
might arguably fit into more than one category, this site's sponsors reserve
the right to make "finicky" judgment calls.Users of this site should feel free to recommend new Cooperatives for addition
to this site.

How to Start Your
Own Book Publishing Campaign!
Users wishing to begin a Campaign for a book of their choosing are encouraged
to send in an email with their
recommendation. With each recommendation, please adequately identify both
the title and its author and feel free to also suggest a Cooperative home for
the work. At least 75% of the content of recommended books should be of
general interest to the entire Reformed Church. The sponsors will
evaluate the recommendation and if it is accepted, the work can then be
"nominated" with a support contribution of $25.00 or more (tax-deductible in
USA). The nominated work would then be added to an appropriate Cooperative
where the whole Reformed Church can take note and, hopefully, take interest in
moving the work through its Campaign "phases". The nominating party (and
others) can be as active as they want to be in promoting the development of
their nomination. |

The Reformed Publishing Co-ops' Newsletter
A periodic newsletter of the Co-ops and its sponsor's activities is available
for those users who would like to receive it. The newsletter will contain
information on important activity within the Cooperatives site as well as
related news regarding the site's sponsors. In this way, users can keep
informed about progress without having to visit the site repeatedly or keep
their own tracking information. Users may
subscribe
and
unsubscribe
to the newsletter at anytime. (The email addresses provided will not be
sold or given to any other entity. Even the sponsors will not use them
for purposes not directly related to the Co-ops). Users are welcome to
contribute articles for the newsletter about books that have been nominated
into one of the Publishing Co-ops.
